And there are just two devices using the role 365 account.

Sorry for the filibuster reply. I am monitoring this thread by at present. I checked your domain in Individual Bulletin and found that the user has Office 365 Business Essential license, which doesn't have Office 365 applications just be able to utilize up to 5 tablets.

You can try to use Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool (SaRA) to scan Outlook to check if there are any fault messages recorded and provide the results via Individual Message at your convenience.

Thanks for your answer and information is PM. Unfortunately, the log is almost empty, and it doesn't report any useful fault message. I suggest you try to simply click Outlook icon instead of Advanced diagnostics to let SaRA set up Outlook common problems to check the result. If you lot encounter any error message, please follow the wizard to prepare it.

If your problem persists, please provide the states the fault bulletin in PM for further checking.

Many cheers for your information in PM. Since you mentioned that you have set upward mail business relationship in Control Panel, may I ostend if you created a new profile? If not, for the fault message "Cannot outset Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The ready of folders cannot exist opened…", mostly, creating a new profile might be helpful.

To create a new profile, only go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, and so blazon the new profile proper name and set as default.

Meanwhile, you mentioned that you lot have tried login this business relationship to three laptops, but all fails, right? This seems to be more related to the account, merely I checked on our side and haven't plant whatsoever trouble. This is a scrap weird honestly. You tin can try to remove the two devices in OWA and then re-add the account to check how it goes. To do this, just go to OWA > click the Gear icon > Pick > Full general > Mobile devices.
